Our trainers
We pride ourselves on the quality of our training and strive for high standards in course presentation and delivery. We do not employ trainers, but work with experienced, qualified, professional consultants who are experts in their chosen applications and who will have a minimum of two years' training experience (and often much more). The Institute of IT Training's TAP programme is the recommended training standard for IT trainers and our trainers either have, or are working towards, TAP accreditation. Our trainers are also MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) experts in their chosen applications, which is a globally recognised qualification for demonstrating advanced skills in Microsoft desktop software. Consultants recruited by our company are required to enter into a formal agreement to ensure best working practice and integrity of client data. We are also fully insured including £250K professional indemnity cover. To find out more
