Profile of James Rezin, Soft Skills trainer

James has a BSc (Hons) BIT from Bournemouth University, is a qualified Teacher of Adult and Further Education as well an being a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a Member of the InstLM.

He is an individual with first-class people and management skills and is a good motivator. He has a customer centred approach with experience in delivery of services and training, negotiation, sales and customer liaison. 

James has managed projects and project elements on many occasions and delivers training in project management for non-project managers as well as other soft/management skills.

He has worked with IT in business at most levels from support to application development and has delivered application and bespoke training for many well known organisations.

An experienced manager with commercial awareness who has led multi-disciplined teams and is experienced in working from customer sites and fitting in to their requirements, culture and ethos.
